We are a small family owned and operated game meat butchery 5 minutes north of Kamo.
We specialise in processing game animals into a range of traditional hand crafted sausages and manuka smoked small goods. With the small team of Lance and Hadleigh Watkins taking extra care of your animals.

We only process a small number of animals a week and take our time to insure a quality job guaranteeing you get your own meat back and cut how you want it, with a minimum 10 day on the bone hang and extended hang time options if requested.
We also specialise in processing game animals into a range of traditional hand crafted sausages and manuka smoked small goods. As hunters ourselves we have learnt how to get the best out of game meat and pride ourselves on small goods the whole family can enjoy.
